This site contains information for those people that are interested in purchasing Thoroughbred horses off the Thoroughbred race track in Michigan for retraining in other disciplines, to use as brood mares or stallions, or simply to have as companions.

The isolated, highly restricted area of the backside of a race track makes it extremely difficult for prospective purchasers of retired race horses to contact their owners and trainers, and unfortunately due to the economics of racing, many magnificent Thoroughbreds never have the opportunity to reach their real potential.

This network is a win-win-win situation for all invloved. The race horse owners and trainers find purchasers for their horses other than auction; the sport or show horse enthusiast can find the diamond in the rough they've been searching for at very reasonable prices, and the biggest winners of all are the horses themselves!

Helping retired race horses receive a new lease on life is one of the most humanely satisfying projects you can be involved with.
