  • ReRun - A division of the Humane Society of Kentucky - ReRun gives ex-racehorses a second chance at a productive life by first evaluating temperaments, talents and physical capabilities and then matching the animals to new owners. (located in Kentucky)
  • ROAN - Racehorse Outplacement Assistance Network. A group of folks who love racing, are involved in the sport as owners or fans and who linked up on the Equine Rescue Mailing List via the Internet who want to help get ex-racehorses together with folks seeking an equine companion.
  • Second Chance Thoroughbreds -New news from Dale and Robin.
  • Thoroughbred Retirement Foundation - For Thoroughbred racehorses coming off the track for the last time, the nonprofit Thoroughbred Retirement Foundation is very often the difference between life and death. Since 1982, the nation's largest Thoroughbred rescue organization has been providing lifetime haven to these gallant equine athletes when they have nowhere else to go.
